These terms apply to NevadaList (https://nevadalist.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
What NevadaList is
NevadaList is a directory of Nevada businesses that hold a state licence in the categories we cover. Listings are built from public licensing records published by Nevada state agencies and, where available, from information the businesses publish on their own websites. NevadaList is an independent directory: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the State of Nevada or any licensing authority, and we are not affiliated with the businesses we list unless a listing says otherwise.
NevadaList is a directory, not a referral service, broker, or provider of the services listed. A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement, or quality rating. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice.
Accuracy of listing data
Licence numbers, statuses, and endorsed services are taken from official state licensing exports and refreshed on a schedule, so a licence can change between refreshes. Listing descriptions are prepared from those records and from the business's own public website, with automated assistance, and may contain errors or be out of date. Always verify a licence directly with the licensing authority named on the listing before making any decision that depends on it, especially care decisions.
If you own or represent a listed business and something is wrong, use the contact form on your listing to ask for a correction and we will review it against the official record.
Inquiries
When you send an inquiry through a listing's contact form, your message is delivered to us so it can be passed to the business you selected, and that business may respond to you directly using the contact details you provide. We don't guarantee that any business will respond, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with a business you find here.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- submit inquiries that are false, deceptive, or sent in bulk (spam);
- interfere with the operation of the site, or circumvent measures that protect it (such as bot protection on forms);
- misrepresent your affiliation with NevadaList or with a listed business.
Intellectual property
The underlying licensing data is public record. The site's design, wording, articles, and the way listings are compiled and presented belong to NevadaList. You may link to any page freely; don't republish substantial parts of the site as your own.
Third-party links
Listings link out to business websites and official state sources. Those sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NevadaList is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, from reliance on listing information, or from any dealings you have with a listed business. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which for a free directory is nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
